Asphalt Repairs - - Belmont - Rockford
Tuesday June 21 was a good day for the trail users!
The Kent County Road Commission and their excellent employees repaired the asphalt damage done as a result of the 2010 Memorial Day storm!
Damage was from the original wash-outs and damage from the many heavily loaded trucks delivering the much needed fill to repair and keep the trail open to the users.
We are very fortunate to have such a great county entity that works so very well with our needs on the trail and at a great price!
It was just a few weeks ago that the county folks installed a new / replacement culvert under the trail to prevent another major flow of water in the area of the original main wash-out. |
